Group structure
The companies in the group work in very different markets: procurement and logistics, importation, manufacturing, distribution and supply.
Oracle Consultancy provides operations, accounting, HR and recruitment support to ten companies trading across four sectors and three countries: FMCG, manufacturing, mining and engineering in Tanzania, with supply chain partners in India and the UAE.
They share the need for the same disciplines: clean books, compliant paperwork, working systems and the right people in the right roles. Oracle Consultancy exists so that each company can concentrate on its market while one team handles those disciplines to a common standard, from the group office in Dar es Salaam.
